Cinemadle
Cinemadle is like Wordle, but it is for people who like movies. A picture from a movie is shown. You must name the movie. You get a new picture from the same movie after each wrong answer. Six tries.
How to play
Cinemadle shows a single frame from a movie and asks the user to guess the name of the movie. Each user has a total of six tries, and a new frame is shown after each wrong answer. Cinemadle is a daily game with a new set of film frames every 24 hours, just like Wordle. As you type a guess, a list of possible answers falls down.
Most of the time, the first few shots are just landscapes or other things that might not be easy to guess, but later shots show actual characters or scenes from the movie that everyone knows. Since Cinemadle is linked to a database of movies, you can't guess wrong because of a spelling mistake.
