Primel tries to guess a five-digit prime number instead of a six-letter word in just six tries. You might think Primel is easier than Wordle because you only have to guess 10 numbers instead of 26 letters but remember: you can only guess prime numbers. You need to know a lot of prime numbers to win this math-based game.

How to play

If you know what prime numbers are, it's easy to play Primel. To start, just pick a five-digit prime number. The only ways to divide prime numbers are by themselves and by one. 11, 13, and 2,351 are all examples of prime numbers. You'll get a set of green and yellow tiles based on how close your number is to the correct prime number for the day. When there are green tiles, the right number is shown. If you get a yellow tile, you know you have the right number, but it doesn't belong there. There will be six chances for you to get it right.

Have fun and good luck!
