With a simple, clean look, Sudoku Classic brings the old-school logic problem to modern smartphones. Whether you've played Sudoku before or this is your first time, this game is easy enough to keep your mind sharp.

Beginning of Sudoku Classic

Sudoku Classic, Japanese for "single number," involves placing 1–9 on a 9x9 grid. Though simple, each number appears once in each row, column, and 3x3 block. Only one method to solve a riddle. Its gentle flower background, peaceful layout, and simple settings let you relax and stay focused.

How to play

Some numbers are already put in for you in every problem. Scan rows, columns, and blocks and eliminate to locate missing numbers. Use suggestion or pencil mode to jot down numbers if you get stuck.

Fill in the grid properly, using each number once per line and box. Even people who have never done this before can understand what the goal is right away. The screen for teaching is helpful.

Controls

Pick a number after clicking or tapping a box. Highlights and color signs tell Sudoku Classic to play, and pencil mode makes notes about possible plays.
