Word Deck Solitaire: A New Word Connection
Word Deck Solitaire is an online word puzzle of association, deduction, and observation. Look at the cards on the board. Choose groups of 3-4 words that have a common meaning or relationship. Delete each correctly chosen group. Connections may be thematic, object-based, based on quality, conceptual, or other meaningful connections.
Cards are taken off the board, and fresh puzzle pieces are exposed in valid groups. A terrible combination doesn't end the game; the cards go back to where they were so you can look again at the board. As the puzzle gets harder, the major issue is recognising small connections.

At the end of each level, a board of word cards has to be cleaned. You look through the words for clusters instead of a fixed order.
Locate Hidden Categories

- Competing categories: If a word belongs to two groups, leave it and check the other cards.
- Not only synonyms: Connections might be features, ideas, items, or topics.
- First, eliminate some categories: There is less to consider; remove the obvious ones.
- Mistakes are tips: When a combo gets back on the board, it may not be the category you want.
